Sturdy and made of good quality materials. Looks nice. Wide steps and fits the intended use great. Would recommend

Easy to assemble but note: most of the screws require Allen wrench, hex shape head. Couldn’t use my drill as I did not have the required bit or driver so used the enclosed wrench provided in the package. A bit tedious but easily doable. The result exceeded my expectations, seriously sturdy and attractive, I’ve already received compliments.

A great product. Wood is good-looking. The design is good. It is substantial. Easy to assemble. Just what I needed. Price reasonable. But the dowels for the top step didn't fit into the pre-drilled holes. I had to drill out the two holes to fit the dowels, and one support brace was glued incorrectly on one of the sides. I had to saw surplus wood off before the top step fit. The end product is exactly what I needed, but it was irritating that I had to do woodworking to assemble the piece.

Assembly could be better had the pre drilled set holes. Found myself using wood clamps to assemble it tight. Another nice touch would be to chamfer the top Edge of the steps. The routed slots may be ok for some slip resistance, but I can see my wife still managing to slip. Much more would take away from the looks. As for finish looks good, There are some stuffs and marks from shipping. Unfortunately they are all on the visible side. Mostly the steps. Perhaps better packaging.

I needed steps pending a new deck install. These steps worked perfect for their value. Even when deck is installed I'll find an indoor use for them. They're sturdy, not slippery at all. I could use them for my elderly dog. The color is quite pretty and will for decor in any home!

I have a very tall bed and this set of steps is perfect for getting in and out!

Part C (weight bearing cross bar) was 8mm too long, preventing successful construction. It certainly *seems* nice, but this is primarily meant to be functional and, if the quality control is anything to judge by, I have doubts as to how well it will perform that task.

Good height and quite sturdy yet not very heasvy and easy to move around.

It was perfect for our back deck. Exactly what we needed! We liked it so much we ordered two more. They look good and provide more convenient access into the house from the outside decks. The price was very reasonable compared to a lot of other similar products and shipping was fast. We are very happy with our purchases.

Works well, had to put non slip tape on the steps because we they are well or snow covered they are extremely slippery. Over all good product.
