Wow. These clippers are the best clippers I have ever seen. It’s like someone who has actually used clippers, and like me, found poor design and issues with every one. They thought “why can’t someone address these issues “ then got fed up waiting and decided to design their own clippers that address all the issues. And they certainly do that and more. Comfortable, lightweight, balanced, quiet, vibration free, quick to charge but run forever on single charge, look cool. From the design of the satin cardboard box to every single item masses of thought, design etc have gone into every last detail.

Excellent quality, extremely quiet hair clippers 10/10

PROS Battery life tested at 2-5hrs. Quiet motor with low vibration feedback ideal if this means using all day in shop. Feels balanced in hand and good grip. Blade cuts through bulk and zero fades real good (clipper). Comes with 2 x Charge stands. CONS Will it last as long as my SENIOR (8 yrs) or STERLING 2 PLUS (19 years!!) ? Spare parts don’t seem as readily available as WAHL and appear more expensive. Easy to switch off power by accident because of sliding design switch. REVIEW IN MORE DETAIL: TPOB PLAY clippers / XO PLAY Blade. I was skeptical at first as I have always used WAHL but after seeing reviews and the reasonable price for the clipper and trimmer combo I thought I would give them a try. It seems that there are so many WAHL fakes everywhere now so unless you buy from WAHL OFFICIAL and pay the full price so this kit represents excellent value for money. MOTOR Very quiet, super quiet. Sometimes a quiet motor means you sacrifice torque but it seems to remove just as much bulk as SENIOR/LEGEND models I own. I measured the sound level at: WAHL SENIOR - 83db @6,700 RPM TPOB PLAY - 53db speed 1 @5,800 RPM / 57db speed 2 @6,460 RPM FUNCTIONALITY The 2 speed power switch sits flush which can allow more control and makes it more forgiving for less experienced barbers like myself, but more importantly doesn’t get in the way whichever way you hold it making it easier for when I use it to cut my own hair.. EASE OF USE Feels excellent in hand due to the slim rubber lower half and tapering design suitable for left or right handed use. The 4 stage click taper lever allows you to return to the exact same adjustment position to maintain same setting when switching between back and sides. BLADE Sharp blades comparable to the one fitted to WAHL SENIOR and my favourite metal WAHL guide combs fit this model perfectly. BATTERY Battery life: quoted to last around 5 hours but I assume they mean speed 1 lasts for approx 5 hours? I have used mainly Speed 2 which lasted around 2-2.5 hours. TPOB PLAY Trimmer / Pencil blade Again the design mirrors the clipper in the way it fits in the hand with a grippy lower half and noise levels are very quiet in comparison to my WAHL STERLING 2 trimmer. The ‘Pencil’ Blade is good for putting in lines with its fine teeth being sharp and not too wide which allows for easy changing direction when shaping up and tight around the ear, however I didn't find it as brutal as the 5 star WAHL DETAILER which when zero gapped is nearly as good as a cut throat blade. Being a narrower blade with fine teeth I found removing bulk not as quick as some other trimmers.

Very good quality, good weight to them very powerful

i was having much expectetions from this clippers , but this make my cheap tkmax clipper look professional . i bought them to arrange my beard and for chest hair from time to time . now it comes the fun part . i used once but they cut my skin so easy . on my face the small one instead of cutting beard was cutting my skin . i said ok will try the big one on my chest hair .... i was left with a really bad irritation and i dont have soft skin . first time when i get like that . i dont recomend them . i cannot say how long the battery so i cannot say about that , they are quiet thats a plus but other than that i will say its a waste of money at least for me it was . will try to return them but since i used them dont think will have much luck . or i got a bad batch but i doubght .

Used a lot of clippers in my time cutting hair these are my new go to's couldn't picture a day in the shop without them. Light, quiet, powerful and versatile

Nice Motor, nice guards and really quiet the only thing is the Cord came with uk Plug and I live in Europe

Tuttavia è arrivato con una presa non italiana, cosa piuttosto scomoda considerando che si tratta di una base di ricarica. È stato necessario usare un adattatore, che non era specificato chiaramente nella descrizione. Peccato, perché per il resto sarebbe stato un buon acquisto.

Bonne tondeuse OK Attention l' adaptateur est anglais, pour une utilisation sur prise française il faut prévoir un adaptateur, se n'est pas dit dans l'annonce et comme j' achète sur amazon.fr sa devrait être une prise française. Dommage qu'il n'y as pas plus de sabots fournit sa s'arrête au sabot 4, j'ai l'habitude d' aller jusqu'au 8
