This is exactly what I needed to help recover from a SI injury. It is easy to adjust, comfortable to wear and provided pain relief. There's no pinching or slipping. It fit under my athleisure clothing.

I’m a plus size woman. I ordered this particular belt because it was the only one that I could find that had a 55 inch measurement for my plus size waist. It works very well, but it took a few minutes to really get it. Stretched around my lower abdomen and lower back and the Velcro barely overlapped by about an inch and a half. However, it did hold and the cinch straps pull it in quite nicely. I particularly like the convenient sack that it comes with.

This sacrum belt is VERY high quality, from the materials to the design. I especially laud the two systems of securing the belt’s compression, from just being one belt, to the second belt over the top of the main one. The friction material used to keep the belt in place is also very useful. Being an 80 year old woman I don’t have nearly the strength I used to have for pulling the belt up snug enough to help with the issues in my sacrum. I had major pain and weakness in my one leg, prior to a major fall/ injury that caused me to have fractures in my sacrum, causing a lot of pain and disability. I had been told it would take 4 to 12 weeks to heal, and at four weeks I could stand on my feet, though I couldn’t walk. I had high hopes for this belt to help the pain but it hasn’t really made a difference. But I’ll keep wearing it, to stabilize my pelvis in hopes of some improvement down the road. Never give up - keep trying!

I purchased the "Sacroiliac SI Belt, Patented SI Joint Belt for Women and Men. Adjustable Hip and Lower Back Support Brace, Sciatica Pain Relief Hip Brace. (XL-XXL)." Despite the recommendations from customer reviews to size up due to the product running small, I found that the XL-XXL size I purchased was too big for me. I decided to write an email to the after-sales team, and Jenny responded quickly, offering me either a size change or a full refund. After wearing the belt for two days, my hip felt significantly better, so I told Jenny to ship me a regular size. Within one week, I received the regular size belt, and it fits perfectly. I give five stars for the after-sales service! And the belt works wonderfully.

Fits well but doesn’t stabilize the SIbjoint

I really like this belt. In fact, I gave my original one to a friend and then ended up buying myself another one.

I’ve been in PT since I badly herniated (yet another) lumbar disc, nine months ago. PT is amazing. But even after I felt relief from the pain and pressure on the nerves issuing from my spinal cord, and after I built up my strength and flexibility, I was still in terrible, burning pain after walking a few blocks. I called it The Claw. But to keep one hand free for my dog, I would tuck my cell phone in my back waist band, and I noticed that it helped. Maybe providing a little support? After hearing this story, one of my physical therapists suggested that I try an SI belt. It feels like someone gently holding my hips together. It’s a miracle! I can walk again! And do dishes, and vacuum, and laundry—well, maybe not such a miracle if you want an excuse to avoid housework. LOL! But my dog is much happier because I can now walk at least eight blocks before I start looking for a place to sit.

Comfortable. Good Velcro stick, wide belt. Non slip or fold. Nice color can fit under a tee shirt or shirt easily. Better to go below your stomach where hip meets lumbar area.
