I am an 82 yarold male. I take a multitude of supplements. I have been taking HMB for about a month. I exercise everyday. HMB has made ny exercising much easier and has increased what I am able to do. It has also produced a feeling of well being that lasts throughout the day.

This is a solid quality product, easy to swallow and easy on the stomach with no aftertaste. I have been using it for a while now, and I definitely see and FEEL a difference in my PT/rehab workouts. I am regaining muscle lost post-surgery, and at 66yo, that's not easy. Because I'm gaining muscle mass, my joint pain is lessening. There's no magic pill out there, but overall, my PT and recovery is really being helped by this supplement. I highly recommend.

been taking this for almost a year now along with TMG and def have more energy and pump with my work out. Easy to swallow, similar size to most pills with no taste
