Quick, Filling And Good
If I had a chest freezer it would have lots of these in. My go to quick cook meal. Microwaves nicely in 9 minutes or so, is filling and good. A nice mix of rice, vegetables and meat, it's tasty and and not too spicy.

Supplied as a microscopic potato croquette surrounded by rice and stale lumps of red pepper. Smelt like stale lettuce when cooked, Took one look and threw it in the bin. Over priced garbage
