This is far cheaper than the original manufacturer's battery, and I don't see any difference in performance. I use it on my Greenworks mower and tools, and it powers everything very well and lasts longer than I expected. It's also nice to have the charge level indicator too, which the original does not have.

I had two batteries that came with my snow blower, they lasted one winter. I searched to find a replacement and found this product. I used the battery today and it work perfect. I lasted for the whole time needed to clear the snow from my property, I recommend this product to all.

battery is dead and won't charge. Purchased in October, dead in April. Of course nothing I can do about it. Avoid this item! Worked well for the few months I was able to use it.

I wasn’t sure when I got the battery that it was going to work because it appeared to be too long however, upon installation it clicked in there just fine. One thing I really like about this battery is it has a LED read out of the percentage of charge and that’s very helpful, as the older ones did not have this feature. Battery works well, and now I’m back to cutting grass.

So far so good. I’ve used it a few times. The only con is that it’s huge. It still fits so it’s not a big issue.

Despite the product pic showing the original battery and a big equals sign next to it, this battery is physically longer by an inch or two than the original Greenworks Extended Range battery. Fortunately, it still fit in my lawnmower and clipped in just fine, but you should definitely check for this extra clearance in your battery compartment if you're using other Greenworks tools.

Last year we purchased an electric mower and found that the two batteries wouldn’t even cut our quarter acre a lot. This year we decided to buy a third battery, this one, and Boy what a game changer! I'm disappointed, but I can make it work. Since it has different dimensions than the 60 watt 5 AH battery that came with my lawn mower, it does not fit properly in the lawn mower. The battery compartment lid will not close completely. It will work in my string trimmer, and that is how I will have to use it. I wanted to have complete interoperability, but that won't happen. I will test its power and longevity next time I mow the lawn. It will work in the mower, but the battery compartment lid will not completely close...not a total bust.
