Good quality rug pad
We are very happy with this purchase, and I will say that before buying this I never had a rug pad before. This rug pad helps our rug to stay in place and the size is accurate to the description. It was very easy to lay down, and there were some faint creases but they flattened out nicely with gravity when spread across the floor. My husband loves that this rug pad makes the floor feel so soft under our feet. He says you can really tell the difference in how plush our living room feels when you walk across it. 100% would buy again.

IT’S PERFECT!!!!
Absolutely perfect!! The struggle I had with my room size rug was giving me a breakdown! It kept 3 to 4 big waves or folds no matter what I did! I sat furniture on it, bought carpet tape and nothing worked! This pad did! The folds were so bad I had to shampoo them out and let it dry before placing the pad under it. It has been 3 or 4 days and it hasn’t moved and I’ve had a toddler playing on it. After spending $300 on a rug, I didn’t want it ruined with folds so the $150 on the 9x12 pad was worth every penny! There was no smell whatsoever. I have to trim just a little bit off the side edge and that’s no big deal. You have to use a box knife to cut it because of the rubber bottom. The thickness is perfect because it makes my rug softer and warmer. It’s a very sturdy pad and will last forever.

I recommend this pad if you want a thicker, cushier feel underfoot.
These are the best quality rug pads I could find for a number of Persian rugs I had acquired. They are not cheap but worth it for the quality, "grippy-ness", comfort underfoot, and long term protection of your investment in the rugs. Ours are on hard surface (ceramic tile) floors and wood-laminate floors, and both situations work great. I will say that over time, your rug and pad may scootch away just a bit, depending on the surface they're on, but I usually just edge them back in position when my type-A personality demands it. Okay, I admit it. I'm a picture-straightener, too. If you want the best protection for your rugs, get the best quality pad you can. These fit the bill for me. A little costly but you get what you pay for. Also, they arrived quickly and I found them easy to cut to size. Tip: if you plan to put pads under several different rugs, you may find it useful (as I did) to make a few scale drawings and figure out how to cut multiple pads from one huge rug pad. That's what I did and it saved a lot of money over buying smaller pre-cut pads. Hope this helps. UPDATE: the rug does not move but the rug pad with the rug on top DOES move, together. These are not as grippy as they would have you believe, at least on our ceramic tile, radiant heated floors. I will try some of the sticky gel tape which comes in squares and strips, to see if I can keep the whole shebang from slowly "scooting" across the floor.

High quality pad, no hassle delivery
High quality, fast shipping, well packaged, exactly as described. The package was shrink wrapped and of course there were folds in the pad, but they flattened out easily when the rug was in place, and over time the creases will disappear as gravity takes its course. I purchased a 5' round, 1/4" pad for a 6' round rug. The pad is high quality - exactly like rug pads I have purchased from quality rug merchants. The thickness is enough to provide a soft underlining to a rug on a hardwood floor, but not so thick as to pose a trip hazard. The rug feels very stable on the pad, with no feeling that it will slip on the floor or slide off the pad. Highly recommend.

I haven't had it long, but seems great
My rugs no longer slide all over. My robot vacuum no longer eats my rugs. Seems well made, and had no smell. I was able to cut it down by 1.5 feet width to fit my living room rug and then use the cutoff for my kitchen runner to boot!

Not Accurate Size
The quality is good but the measurements are way off. I had to cut it both width and lengthwise with scissors, which wasn't ideal.

Great pad, great value
This pad is nice and thick, nonslip as advertised and a good value IMO. It made the handmade rug I just brought back from Mexico a perfect addition to my hall without posing a safety hazard.

It seems to work well. It is shipped folded up so when it is laid flat on the floor, the folds stock up. The weight of the. Carpet was enough to flatten the pad out so there were fortunately no fold lines showing through the carpet. Happy so far
