Straight up, these are brass nuts so not much that CAN be wrong with them other than quality of polish and spacing of grooves. These are beautiful. Adjust to your preference but these are as good as it gets. Now for the BEST part, This is the third seller I’ve tried buying these from, other two have never arrived and it’s been weeks, THESE however, arrived in 4 days. From here on this will be my go-to seller for items like this.

I bought this to use in my custom built guitar. But, it didn’t fit as my spacing was 43mm instead of 42. No big deal. I didn’t need to return it. After trying to sand however, it was steel underneath. So, it’s a false brass.

This was for a single cut guitar build and besides the having to file the high E all is good.It sits well, stays in tune and seems to be more of a solid feel to the overall guitar.

If someone puts this on their guitar without proper slotting and reviewing this as a “good product”, then they aren’t qualified to work on a guitar.After proper slotting, it becomes revealed as a gold plating over a non-brass metal. Any sorry is shaping or polishing will uncover the silver colored metal beneath.Do not buy if you want real brass

Nice product! Hight and width were very close and only needed minimal filing for fit and string channeling easy to finish

This was pretty great

A little sanding revealed a silver colored metal underneath the brass colored exterior. Don't waste your money.
