The product when consumed makes you energetic but after a while mentally you feel down I don’t k know why but for me it felt this way,consuming only 1 a day is preferred more than that is bit risky I felt ,might be different from person to person

I originally got the little box with 4 packages where each piece was in a bubble. They worked like magic, just giving me enough of everything to wake up and not be wired like caffeine does. The taste is a little earthy, but totally pleasant and nice and minty without being sweet at all.
