Tracerline TP9940 Yellow Flouresence Enhancing Glasses

This filter glasses will make the blue/purple light from cheap blacklights go away. Leaving everything else darker and allowing fluorescing objects to glow much brighter by comparison. I own some cheap UV flashlights that shine so much visible light that it's very hard to see objects fluoresce. These glasses also block all the UV from passing through. I took my most powerful UV LED and shine the UV light right through the glasses and nothing fluoresced on the other side. Yes a light bit of visible light came through but no UV light. These glasses work great at allowing the visible light that reflects off of fluorescent objects after being hit with UV lighting to be seen with greater contrast than with unaided eyes alone.

Although the glasses are well made they are not lab grade. The sensitivity of flouresence picked is not very much. In other words you will not be the guy in CSI wearing the glasses that see flouresence any where you shine a UV light.

Bought these to filter out the extra light when using uv flashlights. They work really well and allow you to see particles clearly.
