I use this on my short hair to minimize dryness from the pool, as I dont wear a cap. It doesn't sting my eyes and it seems to be fine.

I swim 3-4 times a week and have highlighted hair so I needed something to protect my hair from the chlorine. This is great, and smells nice too. I wet my hair with fresh water before i get in the pool and run this through without rinsing it out. You just have to make sure you wash it out with shampoo after your swim.I dont use a cap as I cant stand the tightness. I didnt realise how much of a difference it made until I forgot to put it in my swim bag the other day so I had to just use water. I washed my hair after but it didnt feel as nice and soft as when I use this. Will purchase again

I got this after a keratin treatment on my hair to prolong the effect as I swim 2-3 times per week. However, even after the treatment wore off I kept using Swim Proof, and my hair stayed in better condition and is much less frizzy than before. It smells nice, is easy to apply and washes out quickly. Fairly expensive but one tube lasted me ~3 months (shoulder-length hair), so I think it's worth it.

I bought this to protect my bright pink hair from fading in chlorine. Every time I go swimming, the chlorine stripes my hair completely and I am left with the base blonde. I hate going swimming and not getting my hair wet, I am there to get a really good swim in - front crawl, back crawl, underwater- the lot and to say I am impressed is an understatement! Easy to apply, smells devine, leaves hair very soft and my while my hair has faded, it's very marginal and those without a trained eye wouldn't even know. It is a little expensive, but recolouring my hair is also expensive (not to mention time consuming) so they cancel one another out. Will definitely be buying again when I need it.

I use this just before I go swimming and it protects my hair from the chlorine plus it leaves it soft and in good condition afterwards. Would buy again.
