Good support and comfort.

This fits good and it is pretty easy to put on but it doesn't offer much support.

This review is for the LP SUPPORT 768 Ankle Support - Adjustable Achilles Tendon Open Heel Strap - Pain Relief and Recovery Brace - For Tendonitis, Sprains, Strains and Injury (Blue, Medium, Pack of 1)After measuring my ankle according to the size chart in the advertising (9"), I ordered a medium and was looking forward to trying this support for my ankle that gets a little wonky at times. I was surprised by the very narrow opening for the foot. I adjusted and secured the strap around my ankle, but it did not provide the support/stability I was looking for. More concerning was the excessive compression on my foot--especially when my toes started to feel numb. I feel this is designed for a very narrow foot, and not someone like me who has a wide foot. To be sure, I tried it on both feet/ankles with the same result. Unfortunately, this is not the answer for my wonky ankle, but might be beneficial if you have a very narrow foot.

The one I got was to small so I returned it.

I sized as a medium in accordance with the sizing instructions image. What I got was so unbelievably small I couldn't even get my foot through the foot hole. I honestly don't know how many sizes I should have sized up.

I use it at the gym frequently now .. help a lot !
