Q: Where can i get the bit

The bits are available from most hardware and home improvement stores. Home Depot and Lowe's carry these styles of bits. For smaller bits (like 1/2" and smaller) - the shank diameter will be smaller than what this drill will accept. You'll need the adapter for those. I bought it and it is well worth the money.

Q: what cycle does it use?

Not sure what your question is. It runs on standard 120 VAC 60 Hz single phase household power in the US. Functionally, it has the normal rotary hammer modes: hammer only, rotary hammer (drill), and a setting that allows you to set the angle of a chisel for hammer-only mode.

Q: I notice there is no "drill only" mode. can i use the hr4013c to drill a hole in an old brick foundation? or should i use a different tool?

Masonry, concrete, rock, and such materials are nearly always drilled with a rotohammer. The way a rotohammer works is by hammering, and turning rather slowly. The purpose of the turning is to put the teeth at a new position and to gradually push the bits of masonry back out of the hole. There is no need for 'rotate only' because it does not work like that. If you take a masonry bit and somehow chuck it into a normal drill, you will get nowhere. The machine was designed right.

Yes, it is great for all kinds of demolition, especially flooring. It all depends on what you want to do, but generally a chisel bit works well for things like tile, and a bull point for concrete. This doesn't take the place of a heavier jackhammer if you have to remove a lot of concrete, but it works well in tight spaces and is light enough to lift into areas a jackhammer would be impractical. Pro tip: get 24" bits if you can so you don't have to bend over so much.
