What it says on the tin.
It is indeed 12 Gauge silicon coated wire. I bought it to make up a cable to run between my power station and my mobile solar panel. It's not the easiest of wires to solder onto XT60 connectors, but once the sheath is removed it fits pretty much perfectly. The other ends are fitted with MC4 connectors. If you join the MC4 connectors together running from the XT60 and you put a multimeter across, it's registering 0.5 ohm resistance through a pair of MC4's, the two solder joints on the XT60 and the 10M (total Length) of wire, that's not bad. All soldering done in a damp wood using a gas fired copy of a dremel multitip, in poor lighting. The Silicon sheathing is nice and flexible apart from where the heat shrink has been fitted at the XT60 connector where it's slightly more rigid. All in all a good buy. Will consider buying more for future projects.

Very flexible silicone wire
12 Gauge Silicone Wire, 12AWG Electrical Cable 32.8FT/10M [16.4FT/5m Black and 16.4FT/5m Red], ..... This wire is supplied in a plastic bag, there are two pieces both 5m long, one red and one black. A thick, 12-gauge multi-strand wire, it is very flexible and heat resistant. It tins well but does require a lot of heat due to the gauge of the wire. I prefer to use 60/40 solder but gave it a try with lead free solder which required a bit more sustained heat but still not bad. Even with sustained heat at around 350°C during tinning the silicone coating didn’t melt, burn, or deform in any way, even though this was way above its rating. A great cable, very good for tight spaces due to its flexibility and high current handling capabilities of up to around 20 amps.

really good 12awg wire.
Nice flexible 12awg wires of a good length, I knew they are heavily stranded and underestimated how much of a pain it would be to solder a one inch section to connect a Deans T plug to an XC60 plug but that's on me and not a fault of the product. Great quality wire suitable for high amperage connections.

It's wire.
It's 12 guage silicone insulated stranded wire, as advertised. Decent quality, highly flexible, strips easily, does the job. Not much more to say, it's wire.

Really nice supple cable, easy to work with.

Ok.
Ok, but not great. Wire is as advertised, but the silicone insulation was poor. Broke through real easy to expose the inner wire.
