Great product
This is my go-to for kombucha, since it is sugar free. The store brands near me all have sugar added.

Product great, this order was janky
We love the kombucha itself and have ordered it several times. The order I just received was for a 24 pack and I received 23. Usually I receive this in a vacuum sealed 24 pack where all cans are visible without unsealing. Today I got it in a box of loose cans, missing one can. The box was old (no issue with recycling) but the seal was intact and it was delivered within another box, so a can was not lost in shipping. It was like someone grabbed a box and just threw a bunch of cans in. A huge deal in the grand scheme of life? No, but it’s kind of disappointing considering the cost of the product. Due to this inconsistency, I’m less apt to order this in the future now, even though it’s a product we use frequently. (Pic shows top row of cans being 3, there are 5 rows of 4 cans underneath.)

Stores at Room Temperature, shelf life 1 year. Stevia added.
I haven't gotten canned kombucha before - only bottled brands where you have to keep it refrigerated and worry a little about the continuing fermentation over-pressurizing things months down the road. Definitely prefer my booch ice-cold. Pros: • Slim fit cans tuck nicely into my fridge side compartments that can't fit a regular size can. • I like the smaller size as normally I want a small glass full of booch, not a large can or bottle. Photo of a glass next to a can is the full can. • Nice kombucha flavor without being tart or overly acidic (maybe thanks to the sweeteners). I don't get a strong lemonade flavor, just a light citrus flavor, with - for me - the right amount of carbonation. • Says it's actually raw kombucha … which implies it has all the live cultures / probiotics as well. • Nice alternative for a non-alcoholic drink besides flavored sparkly water (which is very fizzy). This has a more complex flavor. Cons: • I can detect the artificial sweeteners, but it's still good enough to drink. Since I don't normally drink artificial sweeteners I probably pick it out more easily, so if you're used to them, you probably won't notice a thing. TBD: The final question I have is how they can have the kombucha canned without worrying about additional carbon dioxide build-up from continued fermentation! On their website, they say their 30-day fermentation process (which is long, I think our home brew experiments took no more than 2 weeks) removes all the sugar and they test to make sure there's no sugar, so it doesn't need to be stored refrigerated. They also say you can verify it's still raw booch by trying to grow your own SCOBY, so I'm trying that test… we'll see how it goes! EDIT: I think the shipping process might be too hard coming from Australia. I tried growing a SCOBY from raw, and also had some sweetened room temp black tea + booch, and neither grew a scoby after 5 days. Normally I'd expect at least a little skin to have tried it. So, tastes great but if it's specifically raw kombucha that is important to you, I might suggest getting a booch out of the refrigerator case.

Add water enhancer
I add grape water enhancer to this and that fixes the taste nicely.

Good flavor
I like kombucha. I think the flavor of this is pretty good--the lemon gives it a nice sharp tang. I really love that there are only 5 calories in the can, with no sugar. It's sweetened with erythritol and stevia, and I find that the flavor of the kombucha and the lemon are strong enough to offset any flavor weirdness from the artificial sweeteners. It's also great that this is shelf-stable, so I don't have to worry about keeping it refrigerated. I think the 8.5 fl oz can size is pretty perfect for kombucha, as the strong flavor makes it a very sippable drink. Overall, I like it and would recommend.
