Very good quality A2 buffalo ghee. Taste is rich and smell is very nice 😊. It feels pure and natural. This is my first time using buffalo ghee and I really liked it. Compared to cow ghee, it feels heavier and more satisfying, also good for digestion when used in limited quantity. I mostly use it with khichdi and dal fry, and it enhances the taste very well. The aroma reminds me of homemade ghee we used to have in childhood. Texture is thick and grainy, and it melts perfectly on hot food. Packaging is excellent, properly sealed and no leakage at all 👌. Overall, very happy with the purchase.
