At first, I was convinced that this breathing trainer was helping me, but it's for long-term endurance. There are better trainer's out there that work a little better!

I'm at Respiratory Therapist. We teach our patients purse lipped breathing to create back pressure in their lungs when short of breath. This is NOT !!! a medical endorsement!!! This is a good training tool. I used it while riding a stationary bike. It helps recruit (in my opinion) more alveolar for greater capacity.
