I bought this and a different model that is similar. I've always been conscious of the air quality in my home. I was very sceptical about air purifiers but I have indoor dust and outdoor seasonal allergies so trying one seemed necessary. The one I had bought used to try first and from a well known brand, was definitely way too noisy to keep near the bedroom at night and even in the daytime, in my home office, it was a little loud. This one is perfect! It’s so quiet! At the lowest “night level” you barely hear anything. Even in the low level it is very quiet and definitely does not disturb us. The old one has now gone to a different part of the house where noise isn’t an issue. This one says it covers 1600 feet and our whole house is less but again I didn’t think it would be help on just the whole 2nd floor let alone the whole house. After 2 full days of use it does seem to make a difference! My allergy symptoms have cleared up considerably and since it was related to dust I’m pretty sure it’s been the purifier that’s helped. If you can get it on sale, mine was around $70, I’d definitely recommend it , particularly if needed for a bedroom. It has a nightlight which has 2 settings and we don’t need it at night but it’s not very bright at the lowest level. The first night I had to cover even the small green light at the front as all lights bother me to sleep, but most people would likely not even notice that and now that I know it works so well I’m just leaving it in the next room instead of the bedroom.
