Just got this last night and my husband easily put it together. I had for a few days a Roborock vacuum/mopping machine. I sent it back. I really wanted it to work. I had read so many 5 star reviews that I was convinced that it would be just what I wanted. It certainly wasn’t. But this Shark steamer is just perfect. I am so glad that I purchased this. It works really well. I have tile floor with really wide grout (my mistake!) and it’s white (another mistake) - anyway the Shark or probably no machine will get hard spots in the grout so I will manually do that. But it really does a great job on the tile itself. And super easy to manuever. It pushes itself.

This is a fantastic steam cleaner for your floors it does a great job on the tile and also on the vinyl floor it's got adjustments so that you don't put as much water and steam down on vinyl floors it makes my floors look like they are brand new. It is super light super easy to operate and just like all the shark products a very well made appliance I have other shark vacuums and love them all shark really does a great job on their products. I highly recommend this I got it on sale during the Black Friday sale and it is a fantastic cleaner for my floors it makes it so easy to clean things up and does a really great job!!!

LOVE IT! Love the scrubbing circles with this updated steam mop! I have multiple dogs and during rainy/mud season I can't live without my quick and handy steam mop! I am already a Shark fan and this did not disappoint! Long cord, quick start, decent cool down, and after market options for extra pads available. Three settings available depending on how bad it is. I use it on my vinyl plank in the kitchen, hard wood every where else, and tile in the bathroom. So easy and quick it saves my back from mops or hand washing. My floors get really bad really quick with 4 dogs and a husband in construction that refuses to take his work boots off until his day is done!

Considerable to be use on Vinyl floors, creates good steam with less waiting. Through deeper cleaning. Easy to take off the dirty pads and swap with fresh ones. Smooth sliding with very less disturbance due to it’s noise. Valuable cleaning by steam by getting rid of harmful bacteria/virus especially with small kids in house rolling all over places Can do 400-500sq ft in one full tank with moderate dirt, can use every alternate day so easy handling. Looks and size factor is good and fits well in corner in my apartment. Only thing disliked which took off one star is mop need some extra work to get them clean for next use. I used Tide stain removal spray and let it sit for while and dropped into top load washing machine even after doing hand washing.

Best stream mop model to date! If you’re looking for a way to stream sanitize your floors this is the model for you. This is the S8201 and newest edition to the Shark Stream Mop line. This upgraded version has a removable tank, making refills easy. I recommend using distilled water for cleaning, especially if you have hard water or treated city water - it prevents mineral buildup within the steam vac. This is lightweight and, while it’s not cordless, the cord is plenty long enough to clean a large area. We have hardwood in the kitchen, dining room, office, and living room and I was able to steam clean all of these floors with one small tank refill. It has three settings, the higher, the more powerful. It’s a self-propelled steam mop too, so it’s really easy to move around compared to manual ones. This version also has LED lights - a feature I love in all vacuum type devices because it can make it so much better to catch missed areas. The steam blast feature works great on stuck on stains. Occasionally it takes a few steam blasts and passes with the spinning scrubbers if something is really stuck on the floor. I loved mine so much, I got one for my moms house in NY too. She is disabled and needs assistance with cleaning, and that seemed like an easier option than brining mine back and forth. Oh, and let me add - during winter months when the salt from icy roads inevitably gets tracked inside from shoes or furry paw prints, this can clean those spots up super fast! The S8201 model comes with four spinner attachments. After cleaning, just toss them in the wash and once dry they are good to go again. A much more environmentally conscious product compared to one time use mopping pads seen with things like the Swiffer Wetjet. The price for this has fluctuated a lot over the past couple of months. I initially purchased mine for $179, but then a couple weeks later it dropped to $119 so I did a re-order/return - $60 is a big difference. Whether you’re buying through Amazon, Shark, QVC, or TikTok - just make sure to pay attention to the model number being sold! The S8200 only comes with one set of scrubbing pads (and tends to cost more), and any lower model number is outdated. If you like to clean and sanitize without harsh chemicals (especially if you have young kids or pets!), this is worth your investment.

Works extremely well. Be sure to use only distilled water and you will be rewarded with a streak floor and trouble-free operation.

Works well. I enjoy how it glides effortlessly on my floor. It gets the job done and without having to use chemicals. I don’t see much need for the steam blaster to be honest but I opted for it because this model looks nice and premium. Also, it doesnt start sanitizing until 3 min in, but at that time, your water tank goes empty. I wish there was a way to activate it sooner. Other than that, it feels well built and the pads are durable.

This is a very effective tool to clean hardwood floors. No more buying floor cleaning chemicals. This sanitizing steam cleaner runs on just water and boy does it work. It is so easy. It just glides across the floor and leaves you floor dry in a couple of minutes. Just throw the pads in the washer to clean but don't put in dryer. Nother like steam to clean your floors.

Be aware that although this product is advertized on Amazon.ae and was listed as an EID special, this product is not suitable for the UAE as it requires 120V/60hz and is not compatible with power sources in UAE. In all fairness ,this was listed in the description and I did not scroll down to review all the specs before purchasing. The 1 star review is not a reflection of the performance but rather as a notice to shoppers to mindful before adding to cart.

Shark Steam & Scub is a good bit of equipment. Only criticism is that it had an American plug on it and should have come with a USA to UK adapter.

Best floor steamer on the market. So easy to use and really effective

I received this steam mop today and I opened it as soon as I got. But to my surprise , the plug was for North America . This was very disappointing but fortunately I have adapter so started the steam mop and I’m happy with my purchase as it made the tiles sparkling . The water tank is little small but I don’t mind refilling it. It has a long cord but cordless option would have been better. Cons: Need adapter to use in KSA Corded Small water tank Overall, this machine is easy to use, light weight and makes the floor sparkly clean. I don’t have hard wood floor , tiles only.
