Amazing bit of kit. This is loved by my gadget crazy husband, and we are taking it on our trip into the wild places in Scotland, for a cup of tea wherever and whenever we want. Brilliant.

Boils water like crazy with a few scraps of grass and twigs. a pity it doesn't double as the water carrier, the top doesn't seal so you have to take a bottle of water with you which makes it a bit bulky, but sat on the beach in a storm with the whistle going draws jealous looks from passers by.

Use the kettle a few times I have noticed it is leaking at the bottom so it is unusable.

We saw this product on The Yorkshire Farm. I did a little search and found one here on Amazon. We made hot chocolate outside for New Years eve. Perfect. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

Well made and no need for big fires

Brilliant - had many a cup of tea using this while camping. Wasn't sure as I'd heard of 'kelly kettles' but never 'ghillie kettles' before, but it's great and the whistling cap is a nice touch.

Outdoor essentials. Fast boil, easy to use and maintain.

I first saw this product for the first time on a TV program "How It's Made". I bought it as a conversation piece because in years gone by I've spent a lot of time in the woods and I can see the practical use. Although I'll never use it for its intended use I find it very unique and a great conversation piece.

High quality, boils water in around 5 minutes using natural materials.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He loved it! It boils water in no time and he will use it while camping or a part of his prepper bag.
