Essential purchase
My local stores stopped carrying this. It's a shame because this is safe to use around children and pets. The smell is not great but is better than the chemical version. The spray bottle is easy to open store.

Works Well
This season, ants appeared twice in my kitchen, about a month and a half apart. I first bought this spray to deal with the problem, and it worked well. When the ants returned after a month and a half, I treated the surfaces again, and it was effective once more. I especially like that it has no strong chemical smell and is made with a formula that’s safer for health. Highly recommend.

No more fruit flies
This product works great and is a great value but it did have a strong smell. I had to mop the floor twice because it is a fine mist but a tad oily.

Oily but non-toxic. It will not drop bugs in their tracks but can be useful.
The smell is OK, neither good nor bad to me. It is mostly mineral oil so what you spray may need to be cleaned after, depending on where you use it. GERANIOL even a 1.50% is an insecticide, although you may end up smothering the fly in the mineral oil before the Geraniol kills him. It should also repel flies as do other essential oils such as peppermint. I'd really give it a 3 1/2 stars if I could. It can be a useful item depending on where and why you use it. Those toxic chemicals from regular RAID around pets and kids always bothered me. So, I'd get it again, but use it it with some care. The price is OK. Many peoplke dislike the smell. I is not pleasant to me but better tham regular RAID's lavender smell.

Bye-bye Bugs!
The scent isn't overpowering like other "green" insect killer sprays. It's lemon grass scent. Most importantly, it works! I don't need to spray a lot, either. It is a nice product.

SLIPPERY!
I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I’m doing this purely for safety reasons. I was looking for a natural product that would be safe to use around my toddlers, and this one checked all the boxes. It seemed like a great product at a great price, and it carries the trusted Raid name (their products usually work great). However, I sprayed it on our windowsill, a small section of the floor near the window, and by the fridge (all hard surfaces). About an hour later, I went to close the window after dinner and nearly busted. Every spot I had sprayed was still very oily (like Vaseline). It’s definitely a slip-and-fall hazard. Even after cleaning the surfaces with soap, water, and a towel, they remained extremely slippery, especially when wearing shoes with rubber soles. I don’t believe this is a bad product, but I think it SHOULD NOT be used on hard surfaces that can be walked on. I’m an ex-athlete, still pretty nimble and shifty, and I nearly fell initially and almost fell a few times just trying to clean it up. People should be aware that it leaves an extremely slick residue that can linger for hours. Honestly, I have to say it’s impressive, but it might be better suited as some sort of lubricant. Maybe bugs just slip, fall, and kill themselves on it? Maybe they give up after fighting the slipperiness for a while? Regardless, I’d rather take the risk of spraying harsher chemicals than booby-trap my house and turn it into an incredible lemongrass-scented slip’n slide.
