Product is too good but installation service is bad

Ac is very good using from 1.5 months but installation delayed, value for money, Low noise, no leakage , cooling very good,I ordered two times but sent different outdoor units, Lost discount because of that 😕Installation part very disgusting, after so many talks with customer care they agreed for free installation. Some voice commands not working, Some options can't understand 😔

Superb satisfaction and costly AC
I thought it was very classy and looks smart but look very hard and big one. But working is fine and good features. Noise is less, air quality is good working, wifi connectivity is working fine and accuracy. Overall good product but very costly item compare with other brands.
