This product works extremely well. I attended a business meeting 11th & 12th July, recorded the entire meeting and now have a transcript, summary, Bullet points and a mind map. All this happened before I left the building.

Amazing device that does exactly what it says on the tin.The quality of voice recognition is above expectations and the functionality post recording it really useful. Ok there is a subscription option for more data and templates, however its a small price to pay for big features.The reliability and functionality of this device supercede that of the cheaper versions. Remember, "you only get what you pay for".A very worthwhile and time saving purchase for a busy office worker like myself. 👍🏼

Its pretty good. I have cognitive issues with working memory and the device itself is a game changer. It has literally improved my day to day life helping me record and summerise thoughts and conversations. I would give 5 stars but the plastic wrist strap that i bought at an additional £19.99 is poor quality and should in my opinion be included when you buy the device. I say device in my own case I found it so useful that I have the Note and Note pin hence the wrist strap. Both devices function extremely well in different environments. The yearly cost is prohibitive and I imagine Apple or Samsung devices like watches and phones will probably included this functionality as standard soon if not already. For me its a great product but plaud need to look at the quality of the accessories and fine tune the yearly fees. There should be options for business users, disabled users, student users with different discounts available. Also a monthly recurring model would be less prohibitive than the current pay a full year in advance offer.

As someone with ADHD, I can't express enough how the Plaud Note has been a game-changer for me! It’s truly helped me capture conversations that I used to miss because my mind would often race ahead, focusing on crafting a response rather than fully absorbing what was being said. The devise is amazing and I cannot fault it however the subscription is a joke. I thought it was bad when I first bought it however just now they have decided to raise the subscription price from £8 for a whopping 900 extra minutes, now after the 8th of May this will cost you £18 a month for 1200 minutes. They are shooting themselves in the foot as I have just found a competitor who has a very similar product and no subscription. I would advise anybody who is considering to go with this company to think again and not support such greed. Companies are squeezing far to much from the people nowadays and it’s time to vote with you feet.I am returning mine now and going with the competition.

This is an excellent item. I have been using a few months and the voice recording is superb. Simple to use and been really clear. The genius of the device is with its AI features using the Plaud AI app you can convert your voice recording into different forms from a transcript to even a really accurate summary of notes that’s excellent for staff meetings. The app does have a subscription model for extra minutes (you get allocated so many per month on the free plan) and I haven’t really gone over the free amount. However, it is something to consider.

This little gadget is without doubt the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon (and I’ve made a few) I was very sceptical on the ability of this tiny device but it performed on a whole new level. The first meeting I had lasted 2 hours and I was meeting with Spanish speakers so there was some broken English which was understandable. The recordings were clear and when uploaded the AI transcript and summary was mind blowing! It was so accurate and well summarised giving a tick box action list at the end. This for me is an absolute game changer with a full web integration and cloud storage. For the price you will not find anything like this. I was genuinely amazed by what this can do.
