So this is confirmed as an OEM quality part. It works okay, they do tend to wear out faster than I'd like, but having this available keeps my old tool going, so I'm going to go with 4/5 stars.

Exact replacement, now I can breath again

I have an old DeWalt 443 6” random orbit sander, which is not listed as compatible with this dust bag. The original that would replace my worn out one is available from DeWalt, but is extremely expensive. The flattened oval attachment looked similar, so I took a chance that this might fit or that I could adapt it. I’m very glad I did. It fits the sander exhaust port perfectly. This is superior to the bag that came with the sander in every way. I understand why it’s not listed as compatible, in that the bag can’t be rotated to go fully under the handle portion of the tool due to the diameter of the attachment, but I would not want it there anyway. This bag provides an integral vacuum attachment, which the original did not, and is far easier to empty. A nice upgrade for an old tool.

I can use my sander again without getting a face full of dust!

Worked completely as described. I was a bit nervous it wouldn't fit for some reason, but it attached and does the trick.
