I fixed my hair in the car yesterday. I needed this technology in when I was college! This takes a couple passes on the curls, but it works really well. I LOVE it!

The first few times I used it, it worked fine although after 10 minutes of usage it needed an 8 hour recharge. Now all lights flash, it does not heat up at all. I searched for answers and found this is a common problem with this item and customer service is not helpful at all.

I travel 32 weeks of the year and switching to this smaller, cordless straightener was the best idea! It heats up quickly and works great, even on my short hair. It does need charged after maybe 4-5 uses, but it is totally worth it.

After charging it for a while -a few hours, the charge dies out after using it half way to my head. This is ideal to touch ups, if you’re planning to use it an extended about of time and if you can keep it plugged in, it works great. It gives you volume while it straightens your hair

The performance of this cordless brush was underwhelming and failed to deliver the smooth, sleek results I expected. The battery drains quickly and requires frequent recharging, which significantly reduces its convenience, especially for travel or quick touch-ups. Additionally, there is no option to use the device while plugged in, which would have made it more practical for both home use and travel. Overall, I found the device lacking in both effectiveness and practicality, making it difficult to justify for regular use.

Love this straightener. As someone who doesn’t know how to do their own hair this is a perfect tool to have.

Would use this frequently for the past 6 months, 2-3 times weekly. I love the wireless feature and travel bag to make traveling and doing your hair on the go fast and easy! HOWEVER, If you have curly thick hair like myself, this will NOT work to straighten your hair from scratch… meaning: you MUST already do your hair with your flat iron, this is for touch ups ONLY!! You would be here for HOURS and countless battery recharges if doing it from the beginning… as of last week I charged it, it started SMOKING, like it was on fire, and now is completely broken, no lights no nothing showing when I plug it in or try to turn it on. Completely dead… was expecting to be able to use Long term considering the expensive price but should have opted for a cheaper one since this broke less than a year in

This thing is great! Compact and portable. Al t of people say it doesn't work after charging. THAT IS BECAUSE THEY PUT THE PLUG IN THE CHARGING PORT THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE PLACED WHEN TRAVELING SO THE POWER BUTTON DOES NOT ACCIDENTALLY GET DEPRESSED AND IT TURN ON. LEAVE THE PLUG OUT TO USE.

I regret buying this straightener. It broke quickly and stopped heating up. Even when it worked, it barely got hot. Poor quality overall — definitely not worth the money.

Took a while for the product to heat up. Straightened my hair a bit but was not smooth. I wish the little toggle that closed the pawer access at the base of the brush was fixed to the brush. There is every chance this can get lost. Size of the brush was perfect and so was the travel pouch
