Golf Swing Rope Trainer

I’ve been golfing for years and this is one of the BEST training aids I’ve used. It’s great for tempo. If you over swing you’ll get instant feedback. Swing too hard and the rope will give you a nice slap. Because of the weight, It teaches you to extend your arms on the downswing so you don’t chicken wing your club which reduces the likelihood of topping the ball. You will also learn to swing at the bottom of your swing arc which prevents casting your club. It’s also a great warm up before a round of golf. I would highly recommend it if you’re serious about your game.

Do not buy any other tool for rope drills. This one is perfect. First day with it, already feeling great. Even as a warm up for other things. 100% well done.

This is a good training aid that does the job of helping you develop a good swing motion. I'm 5/9" and the rope is too long for me. I wish you could choose a different size and that there was a size chart on the product description. As is, the rope whips around and hurts on impact. I ended up folding the end over about six inches to get a more comfortable length, using two zip ties to secure the rope. Good tool, solid rope quality, length is the only reason four stars instead of five.
