Quality of product is great for the cost. Smooth matte finish. Install was fairly easy.

It was hard to find round spindles. I was so excited to find these. They worked so well, cut them to our size and are exactly what I was looking for!

I am writing to express my concern regarding the partial refund I received for this recent purchase of Wrought Stair Iron Plain Spindles. The product I received was subpar in it's quality paint chipped, and despite providing evidence of the damage, I was only issued a partial refund. Given that the product was of poor quality, I believe I am entitled to a full refund in accordance with Amazon’s return policy. I have attached photos of the damaged product for your reference. They worked for me. There were a few bent ones, but I didn't need the whole box so it worked out OK
