Gentle and effective
I’ve been using this for 4 months and I’m here to buy another for when I run out. I did not have high expectations but I’m on a tight budget. This met my desired type of C formula. TAS is known to be a less irritating formula so I was specifically seeking it after getting irritation from other C serums. With the sale price, I was willing to give this unknown brand a try. I’m 45 and lost a lot of weight so skin elasticity is my primary concern, along with preventing wrinkles and sun damage. I use this daily in the morning (face, neck, cleavage) and use a retinol at night. I actually don’t use an additional moisturizer over this serum unless I have dry areas, so I guess it’s saving me money and time there. After my weight loss, my neck looked crepey and twenty years older even though my face looked good. That’s where I’m seeing the most definitive change. Thankfully the neck wrinkling is gone mostly. To be fair, I am using multiple methods to increase collagen production everywhere in my body and seeing improvement. But I do think topical vitamin C plays an important part, especially fighting off free radicals damage since I do get sun exposure. I highly recommend this serum. I’m not saying it will work miracles, but I do think the product works and has quality ingredients that have been good for me and my acne-prone skin.

I love this form of Vitamin C - no irritation whatsoever
I have only ever used Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate for my Vitamin C purchases because it is so gentle on the skin, but this is my first time trying this brand. It glides on my face and neck effortlessly and has absolutely no scent. It is not 'oily'; I believe glycerin makes it spread so smoothly. I was using the same/similar product by Dr. Brenner (and got what I believe to be good results from it), but I didn't like the rose oil scent, so I searched on Amazon for a similar product with no scent. This will be enjoyable to use. I use it every third day and trade it out with a 10% Glycolic Acid and a Retinaldehyde. It seems like a very well-formulated product.

Hope for a move towards a near perfect Vitamin C serum.
I think there are not many Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (THDC) based serums in the market. So, when I came across the product, I thought I had purchased the perfect Vitamin C serum for me—free from parabens, silicones, animal testing, and artificial colors. However, I should have examined the ingredients more closely and checked a reviewer’s picture that revealed the presence of rosemary extract and anise fruit extract. The tingling sensation, redness and irritation I experienced upon application of the serum may be due these ingredients. I will not return the serum but will use it sparingly. Because I won’t be using it generously 2-3 times a day as the company suggests, I won’t be able to fully assess its effectiveness. Everyone's skin is different, you might want to give the serum a chance if the natural extracts (mentioned above) don’t bother your skin. As for me, their presence makes repurchasing unlikely. To deliver a better product, companies do alter ingredients based on reviews, and I hope this will be the case here as well. Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Dipropylene Glycol, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, Terahexyldecyl Ascorbate, Beta-Glucan, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis (Licorice) Root Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Extract, Polygonum Cuspidatum Root Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Panthenol, Copper Tripeptide -1, Adenosine, Sodium Hyaluronate, Carbomer, Arginine, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Illicium Verum (Anise) Fruit Extract, Disodium EDTA I deducted a star because the company did not provide ingredients list here on amazon website, I could have avoided the purchase.

Just Okay
I'm nearing the end of my bottle. I haven't noticed any significant changes. Doesn't seen any better than your ordinary vitamin C. I was hoping it would help lighten the hyperpigmentation along the bridge of my nose. That hasn't changed, nor have my wrinkles. I doubt I will order again. Hopefully, I can find just a couple of products that will cover all those active ingredients instead. I hope it's helpful to others. BTW, I'm 62 and was a sun worshipper like most baby boomers. There may be no hope for me. Get those active skin care ingredients started early. And use sunscreen. If you want a tan, there are many good products available now. Good luck on your skin care journey!❤️

Excellent Gentle Vitamin C Serum
I have sensitive and Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate vitamin C is the only type of VC that does not irritate my skin. I am my on the third bottle and used every drop of the first two. It does contain hyaluronic acid which will irritate my face. I only use this on the back of my hands and chest. If you want the glow from vitamin C but need something gentle on the skin, I would go with this product.

About to finish my 3rd bottle
I do know the bottle is no longer a glass one, but it is still an effective vitamin c serum. I have purchased 3 bottles and finished it all. It does not leave a sticky finish and does not have a lingering scent. The dark spots on my face have lightened significantly. I only use this in the daytime, so I can boost its efficacy by using sunscreen on my last skincare routine.

Stable form of Vitamin C
My second purchase of this product. This vitamin C is the stable form which does not oxidize. No greasy feel, no fragrance. Good stuff at a great price.
