I really didn’t know what to expect from this massager so here’s what I found. If you’re looking for a deep massager this does that to a point that some might find discomforting. The heat feature works well. When you are done you can really feel how relaxed your muscles are. To charge the battery it uses a USB cord and it’s a short cord so you need a 110 USB plug for ease of charging options i.e; computer or wall outlet. I think it is a good product.

My neck massager literally broke into two pieces after a little over 10 months of normal use. The product is advertised with a 1-year warranty, so I contacted customer support expecting a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, it has been almost a month since my first contact, and all I’ve received are repeated replies saying they are “waiting for the team to provide an update.” There has been zero progress toward an actual resolution—no replacement, no refund, nothing. This is both a product quality issue and a customer service failure. A device that breaks within a year is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability afterward makes it worse. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this product. Update: A few days after I posted my original review, I finally heard back from customer service. The team agreed to send me a replacement massager, which I appreciate. After about a month of following up, I did eventually receive a new unit. However, upon opening the replacement, I noticed a large stain on the fabric (see photo). The device also makes loud creaking noises during operation, as if it might fall apart at any moment—something that never happened with the original unit I purchased. It’s hard not to suspect that this replacement may be a refurbished or returned item rather than a brand-new product. Although I don’t know how long this one will last, I’ve decided give up.

It was a good product, but the kneading was too intense, it hurts even at the slowest mode. You feel real massage like a person doing it.

Das Gerät hat gutes Design und hat ordentlichen Eindruck nach meiner ersten Benutzung hinterlassen. Ich verwende sie jetzt täglich und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Massagegerät. Die Warmfunktion ist sehr nützlich und das Gerät wird sofort warm, wenn ich den Warmfunktionsbutton drücke. Ich hatte vorher ein anderes Nacken-Schulter-Massagegerät, das mit mehreren drehenden Kugeln arbeitete. Das war nicht so befriedigend. Dieses Gerät ist nicht mit drehenden Kugeln, sondern mit Daumen-Hand ähnlichen Form. Das macht viel besseren Druck auf die richtigen Nacken-Schulter-Stellen. Das Gerät ist zusammengepackt nicht voluminös, was ich auch gut finde. Der Preis ist etwas teurer als anderen ähnlichen Geräte, aber dieses ist von SKG. Ich hatte früher ein Massagepistole von SKG gekauft und das war sehr gut. Diesmal hat SKG wieder mich nicht enttäuscht.

Je n'avais pas trouve de reference sur le modele mini sur internet, mais du coup, c'est vraiment mini, fonctionne mieux pour le bras que pour la nuque.
