The display is about the right size at 7", not too big as to block the window, but big enough to read quickly while driving. The camera can be positioned separately from the display; this is good if you want the display slightly facing you and the camera looking forward. The camera itself has a pretty sweet Sony STARVIS sensor, but it maxes out at 1080p. That's a lot more manageable if you plan on saving your videos. The camera sticks out a bit from the back so you may want to wrap it in something before putting it in the glove box, to protect it. I might invest in a case. It comes with a USB car adapter as well as a USB wall charger, but if you're like me you have a kitchen drawer filled with those already. The Micro USB cable with a 90-degree head connects to the back of the unit, I ran the cable straight down to my cigarette lighter. The GPS uses a magnetic mount so you can remove it easily and leave the mounted hardware in the same position. I haven't played with the software much, but there are a ton of options. The whole unit updates via Wi-Fi which is a lot simpler and easier than messing with cables and looking for software updates online. The hardest part is remembering your Wi-Fi password.

Using for trail rides in Ontario Canada but so far it will not download Canadian trails for UTV/ATV. Hoping to get it working before the 2022 season starts. Thanks.

This product is mis represented. Features listed are no longer supported by Magellan ( Satellite imaging for exmple). Unit is discontinued by Magellan. No longer supported by Magellan. If you purchase this unit, be warned that product registration is done using the unit itself, and that when it tries to register itself on TRX Trailhead ( Magellans site ) it will give you an error and wont complete the product registration. This occurs because the unit is no longer supported. There is no disclaimer of this on any of the new unit adversizing. Clearly they are just dumping discontinued product on the consumer, knowing that its a fraud. The unit is completely useless since it can not be registered on TRX Trailhead ( Keep in mind TRX Trailhead is the website that is used to send trail inofrmation to and from your unit. I have since learned that Magellan is no longer in business as they have been sold twice since 2019. My suggestion is RUN away from all Magellen products, what we see of Magellan now is just a brand name, and no longer a quality product. I could not have been more dissappointed!

This GPS has preloaded snowmobile and ATV trails int its data base. BUT the GPS trails does not include trails in my area. BUT, the GPS is designed for the user to track, video tape, and photo the custom trails. WONDERFUL GPS, it's worth the money. Recommend Magellan to incude a disclaimer indicating not all local trails are included in their data base.
