The perfect pasta alternative. UNDERCOOK for best texture and for reheating.
I am completely smitten with these protein pasta noodles! They make an excellent and nutritious substitute for traditional pasta, offering a significant boost in fiber and protein content, which I really appreciate. A key tip I've found is to undercook them slightly – just a minute or two less than the package suggests. This ensures they maintain a pleasant texture, even when added to hot dishes like spicy sauces or hearty soups. If you're planning to make these for meal prepping, I highly recommend this undercooking method, as it prevents them from becoming mushy when reheated. The higher fiber and protein content make them much more satisfying than regular pasta, and the best part is, they're an amazing value for the price! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Tastes like regular pasta
This is delicious and you can’t tell that it’s “healthy.” Definitely recommend if you’re trying to add more protein and fiber to your diet.

Cleaner choice than anything American made
Taste good, and I wanted a pasta that wasn’t made in America. Why? Europe has way more stricter guidelines when it comes to growing wheat and making pasta. They don’t out all the BS in it and on the crops like enriching the wheat. It’s cleaner and healthier.

Good taste and texture
Great taste and texture, holds up well and reheats well. Having extra protein is a huge plus especially when trying to incorporate more vegan and vegetarian options. Biggest draw back is it isn’t organic and non GMO which is a pretty big deal to me.

Best I’ve ever had
This is the best dried pasta I’ve ever had. When cooked a proper Al dente, the pasta has a subtle nutty flavor and the texture and chew, well, it’s just damn good pasta that tastes and feels great in your mouth. I’ve paid more for inferior pastas.

Healthier Pasta
I buy this product basically for health reasons. It’s made in Italy with non-GMO premium semolina wheat but the best part is the added beans mixed in. That’s what gives it the protein. I’m Italian and I love pasta and I don’t want to cut it out completely so this is a very good alternative.
