Los he usado para ahumar y asar carne en fogatas sin parrilla, funcionan bien para los pedazos de carne que he asado no mayor a dos kilos y dan una experiencia diferente. Tambien usados para asados a la cruz , usado en costillares no mayores a 10kilos disminuyendo la cantidad de amarres con alambre usados, y claro, reduciendo el tiempo de fijacion del costillar en la cruz.
