I had a problem with the charger that came new with the bike, I made a claim to Eahora and took over a month for them to send me a new charger. The bike is great, rides good and has many features. Rides very nice and battery lasts a long time. Costumer service was a bit slow.

The media could not be loaded. Eahora Juliet @ the Everglades National Park, Miami, Florida.I own 2 e bikes, but nothing like the eAhora Juliet performance on and off the road. On my first day with the eAhora Juliet I rode 8 miles to the Everglades National Park, road on gravel trail for 6 miles, then, rode south to Homestead, Florida, total trip was 42 miles.On the negative side, I notice friction and loud noises coming from the front brakes, the bike was parked and fell to the ground due to the kickstand failing to engage properly. On the positive side, good riding range, over all handles extremely good. I'm impressed and happy with the eAhora Juliet performance.ja.305
