Très beau tapis de silicone afin de garder l’espace de travail propre sur la plancha. L’annonce disais que sa faisait sur une Blackstone, mais fait aussi sur une Weber (comme sur la photo) J’aime bien le fait de réduire l’utilisation de papier scott et n’avoir qu’a laver ce tapis réutilisable.

I like that this silicone mat helps prevent wear and tear against the chrome barbecue top. And also makes it easier to just take the whole mat inside when you’re done so you can rinse off the grease. This will help keep your tools, somewhat organized, and any sauces or spices that you may have on the side as well, but it is pretty basic in the long run of just a flat silicone mat with some grooves. If you’re not worried about your barbecue top, then this is not really something for you, but if you want to try to prevent scratches, grease marks, and overall damage than this might be a good little investment for one or more mats depending on your barbecue.

My natural gas outdoor grill is used 2-4 times each week for 9 months every year, and I enjoy being able to pick this up, take it in the house to wash in the kitchen sink without having to scrub the stainless steel side table of the grill so often. Basting bottles and many seasonings come in round containers and are less likely to blow off the table by wind gusts with this underneath. I chose the bright orange for contrast with the juices and drips, but that is a personal preference. Like several indoor kitchen tools of silicon-infused plastic, this goes in the dishwasher, or even the clothes washer with dirty rags. Its a small thing that is easy to get spoiled having. I would buy it again based on my experience thus far.
