I was so excited to see this sold on Amazon because UK supermarkets only carry the dried Thai chili which does not work for authentic Mexican food! This is perfect to add that great depth of smoked Mexican chilis for any dish.

As an American in the UK, it's often difficult to find products that are like the ones back home. Chili powder in the UK has a different flavor, and it lacked the comfort food taste. Now, I can make a Crock-Pot of chili and know I have the right chili powder for the job.

This is authentic, American chili sauce so necessary for proper Texas Chili. So glad we can find it here.

American chili powder is NOT the same as Aussie chili powder (which is simply ground capsicum/bell pepper). I use this often to make hot dog chili, mexican, and countless other dishes. Much more convenient than making my own every time it's needed in a recipe. Hopefully Amazon will expand the American seasoning on offer.
