I’ve enjoyed a few cups over the past few days and I wanted to share a couple thoughts. First, know a couple things about my coffee habits: 1) I’ve had my share of instant coffee 2) Lately I’ve made myself a daily pot of coffee (medium roast) 3) I usually use an oatmilk based creamer or oatly with my coffee to make it more palatable. 4) When I go out to get coffee, I usually have it black because I’ll go for a nice single origin cup that allows one to taste the complexities and enjoy the profile of that bean. So, knowing all that, here’s what I can tell you! It’s great. And here’s why: Taste: No creamer necessary! I followed the instructions, used the appropriate amount of water at 175 degrees, and it tasted great. It reminded me of a cup from a nice bag of single origin coffee that I’d get at a place like Good Boy Bob or Go Get ‘Em Tiger. Not like the instant coffee I’ve had in the past. When poured there’s even a little crema and there is a nice light acidity to the tone. Time: It’s quick. I set my electric kettle to 175, grabbed my favorite 6 oz cup, poured in the coffee from a packet, poured in the hot water, and gave it a stir. And lastly I wanted to comment on a surprise. Like I said, I’ve been brewing a pot of coffee every weekday morning. As the only current coffee drinker in my household I end up drinking a few cups. This doesn’t make me and my intestinal track feel great. With Cartograph Coffee I’m enjoying a single cup, getting my caffeine fix, and actually enjoying it for the coffee it is without added sweetener or cream. I’m happy someone made this product!

I've always disliked and avoided instant coffee- until now. It's on the pricey side for instant coffee but I drink one cup a day and the quality is worth it. Perfectly balanced, well packaged. A bonus is I bake with it, too. I'd never heard of this company and partially made my decision to buy it on the name... I'm a cartographer and I think it was fate, lol!

Flavor seems fine. Tastes more mild than medium. Says organic, but there is no official "Certified Orgainc USDA" stamp/mark anywhere on the package. Also, package says instant coffee but does NOT say espresso anywhere on it as it says in their amazon description. *Due to misrepresentation of this product, I will Not recommend it to anyone, nor will I buy this product again. 10.1.25 UPDATE!! I have got to give HUGE kudos to this company for their incredible Customer Service! You just rarely see this kind of service anymore. They saw my review (above) and reached out to me to make it "right", or rather... do whatever they could to make me happier with my purchase. They explained how they are in the midst of getting their certification. They also credited me, which I did not even expect. Because of their genuine integrity, and sincere customer service I am changing my rating from a 2 to a 4, and WILL RECOMMEND their product. Once they get their packaging to match their description I will be happy to up their rating.

It worked great for a camping trip, and the coffee didn't suck.

I needed the exact amount of coffee, per days, that this order provided. However, one of the packets was just filled with air and no coffee. I did not fully receive what I paid for and now I have to figure out an alternative option for one day. Regarding the taste, it is decent for instant coffee. I’m generally not a coffee fan so my opinion on taste should hold little merit. I drink it for the boost.

Cant vouch on flavor butbealed well and easy use. Put in my bug out bag and camping stuff.

I love that this coffee is organic and instant! The packaging is appealing and easy to open. I can just take a couple packs on a trip or if I need a quick pick me up. The coffee is really smooth and comparable to coffee shops. I definitely recommend.
