I have gum disease and have to use an extra soft toothbrush. I’ve been using this over a year and can’t be without it. Not only are my teeth whiter, but my gums are much happier when I’m using this. I experience way less gum bleeding when I use this every night, making sure to swish it around for at least 60 seconds before spitting out. Although it is intense, it doesn’t burn near as bad as some others I’ve tried, and my mouth feels much cleaner afterwards. Highly recommend.

I love this mouthwash! It makes my teeth feel clean and my breath fresh. There is a bit of a film that is left over on my tongue but I just rinse my tongue off. This is the second time I've purchased this mouthwash. I can't tell if it's whitening my teeth or not because I don't use other whiteners due to tooth sensitivity and receding gums so this is all I use and it works wonderfully as a mouthwash and I'm hopeful it's doing something for my teeth as I drink coffee everyday.

A little pricey but it works great. One week and no more bleeding gums. Not the best tasting but.... two thumbs up.
