I used to be fine with sweeteners but after using sugar again for a while I went back on them to find they were too sweet and had this awful taste to them. So I ended up spending quite a lot of money over time trying to find one that didn't have an after taste. Xylitol is really nice but still has a small amount of calories so tried to find another. Was told about Truvia and thought I'd finally found a good one but the stevia made it too sweet again and gave it a bitter aftertaste. Any who, after some time I found out you could get erythritol on its own without stevia so naturally came to amazon to try and find some. Omg. So glad I did. Won't lie, it's expensive and you have to use a little more of it than sugar for the same level of sweetness. But it works and has no weirdness in taste at all. You just have to use more. But hey, I'll live with it for the fact it gets me off the sugar (I have insulin resistance so sugar is really not good) and away from gross tasting sweeteners. Cannot believe I didn't get this before. So far too, not to be gross, but unlike the Xylitol I haven't so far had any adverse stomach upset when using it. So that's a bonus!

This is better than most sweeteners, no funny aftertaste for example. I like granular but it is nothing like sugar really. I will probably buy this again as it is better than others but I'm going to look for a cheaper way to buy it first.

Product was exactly as advertised, and arrived on time. And since it indeed did not raise my husbands bloodsugar as some other sweeteners will do, I will in the future buy it again.

This is my first time trying Erythritol, so I don't have any other brands to compare it to, taste-wise. Although it's sweet and looks like sugar, it gives a slightly strange 'cooling' aftertaste, a lot like a mild peppermint, which makes it quite a lot different to regular sugar. It doesn't flavour foods with the taste, per se, it's more of a mouth feel, a kind of tingliness. It also doesn't dissolve *at all* in recipes.. the chunky granules remain even when heated. I tried blending to a finer powder (which works fine), but it still makes cakes a bit grainy. I don't think I'll buy it again for these reasons. On the description page it says "In a blind taste test you might mistake it for sugar." which I absolutely did not find to be the case. The difference is obvious! I'm leaving 3 stars not because of the sugar itself (which, to be fair to the brand, is what it is), but because I found the description a bit misleading and also I discovered that other brands are offering double the quality (2lb) for around 10% cheaper, or 4x more for just a few quid extra. I should have shopped around first!

Great product. First sugar substitute that doesn’t have a bitter after taste. If you are starting to cut sugar, and are mixing sweets, definitely buy this!

This has definitely helped me lower my blood sugar so in turn my triglycerides. I use this instead of sugar 80% of the time and the other 20% I use allulose but never sugar anymore. This is the best to bake with as it taste just like sugar with no aftertaste. I bought some more and sent it to my brother. He also has quite the sweet tooth. I've lost ovre 40lbs by changing up my diet by restricting carbs, using this sweetener, among other healthy things. I highly recommend this product to replace all your sugar uses, except for things that you must freeze. This sweetener will recrystallize in the freezer so for that, use Allulose.

This is a great product and I loved the free e-book with more delicious recipes to make. Will certainly buy again
