these work. I have tried a couple OTC things. This works. pop one or two before a presentation or a meeting and it works. kind of chalky tasting.

Works great to lightly ease stress and anxiety. I have used this for about a decade and have never had to increase dosing beyond 2 every 8 hours or so. The ingredients are very medication friendly but plz do some research on your own to be sure. The tabs dont do too much for sleep other than muffle the mind a bit but they do help for that. I had to take a star off as the price of these has gotten really high. When 30 days of mild prescription anxiety/stress meds are cheaper than this its sad.

Just bought 2nd bottle for my teen. This stuff works! Take 1 hour before sleep and you fall into a deep sleep ALL night. Highly recommend.

I was diagnosed with anxiety a few months ago and started a medication for that, bur the first 6 weeks starting a new anti-anxiety med are usually pretty rough to say the least. My experience has been no different, im still going through it actually. These pills have been a life saver whenever i feel the anxiety creeping up on me out of no where, i take 2 and within 30-45min, the anxiety is all but gone most of the time. There have been some instances where ive needed to take a 2nd or 3rd dose but thats super rare. I've already bought these 3 times and will continue to buy them as needed! The only side effects i can report are a bit of dizziness and slight vertigo once or twice but thats only after having to take a 3rd dose. Overall i love these!

Love these helps take the edge off without drowsiness . Not habit forming.
