What a beautiful game I dnt know how to play chess but I love to watch.My daughter learned chess and she always want me to play with her we have the non electric one but when I saw this I said I will definitely buy it,Its so easy to start and play and she doesnt need anyone to play with her. It looks beautiful and size is perfect as well. They are magnetic and the computer talk to you as well.I am so happy that she is playing good game and using her brain instead of using mobile all the time.Recommended

I bought this for my son for Christmas; he loved it, but after only 3 weeks the lights on the board had completely stopped working. After trying the obvious factory reset, I tried to contact Vonset but the email address they give on their website doesn't work (it bounces back) and despite filling out the form on their website nobody every came back to me. In the end I returned it to Amazon who refunded me.

My daughter loves it. Got it for her to practice chess. It's good for any level of players. Easy to setup, the system guides you through it. The pieces are very good quality. A bit expensive but it's worth it.

The customer service is excellent. My chess set had problems and when I contacted customer service they responded extremely quickly and in a very friendly and collaborative manner. At first they tried to resolve the issue remotely, and when this did not work they readily replaced the faulty unit within 1 week. I am now enjoying a very well-made, high quality chess computer - even though it regularly beats me.

Bonjour, Non, je ne suis pas satisfaite. J'ai acheté cet article pour un enfant de 6 ans qui débute aux échecs. Tout est en anglais (consignes orales comme notice). C'est inutilisable en l'état pour nous. Pouvez-vous faire quelque chose pour nous ? j'ai fait une demande sur le site vonset mais je n'ai eu aucune réponse... J'ai traduit la notice (difficile car je ne joue pas aux échecs) mais mon petit fils ne peut pas jouer sans comprendre les consignes !!! j'ai choisi cet article (le plus cher dans sa catégorie) en faisant confiance à Amazon qui le proposait...
