Great Sturdy Build Quality, Easy to Drag Anywhere
This is a fantastic, compact case. On its own it's super light, but filled with all your stuff it can be quite heavy. Its build quality is fantastic and sturdy, with big thick zippers. It's got plenty of compartments for organization, and has a zipper to allow you to make more space on the inside. But the casters on this thing are the highlight of the show. Those things are phenomenal, they survived 2 full weeks of abuse rolling around all of southern Japan on gravel and concrete without signs of fatigue. They're extremely smooth and balanced. On a flat surface you can give the suitcase a light push and it will keep going in a straight line for what might as well be forever. This thing is easy to roll anywhere, no matter how bumpy the surface. I won't sugarcoat it though, this thing is on the pricy side. But if you're willing to pay extra for quality, you can't go wrong with this as long-term purchase.

Best Carryon Ever!
Best carry-on ever! This is an awesome piece of luggage. The spinner wheels glide almost effortlessly and the handle is solid and sturdy. This luggage is built to take anything and last a lifetime. Don’t hesitate to buy this bag you’ll be glad you Most carryons are oversized, so it may seem a bit small. It’s definitely airline regulation size and the quality is well worth the tiny amount of smaller volume. It would never go back to my old carryon.

Great suitcase
I tried out a few suitcases for traveling 7 or more days a week. I wanted to live the hard cases but I was concerned about the cracking over time. I also found the hard cases zippers were a bit squirrelly- especially when you have a lot of stuff in your suitcase. I tried the Level 8 but it did not close well with a laptop, plug and suitcase full of clothing. This was my first choice for convenience but zipper had issues closing. This suitcase is a reasonable weight. I love the quality of this brand so zippers, pockets, etc all work well. I did not really need the 2 pocket organizer but it’s good for compressing. Great store with some expansion for shopping. Easy wheel to get around so keep your hand on your suitcase. Adjustable handle for short and tall people. I will say, it can tip forward if you have a heavy bag on top, so watch for it. Plus, yes, it is over the 22 max for carry in. If you are in a strict airline, this is NOT a carry on. It will it fit into the bin. So- be aware. If you are in a big plane, you are set. Great for 7-10 summer trip, if you are not a heavy packer.

Definitely recommend!
I’ve used the luggage multiple times for travels for more than a year. I’m very happy with the amount of clothing and toiletries that I can fit into this. The wheels, zippers, handle and material are all high quality and durable!

Almost perfect and good quality.
Good quality. Zippers are solid. Overall, I would recommend it. I do love the ease of walking around with a spinner and this is a solid one. I’d go 4.5 if that was an option. For those who want the down and dirty critique, read on. The spinner wheels roll well and straight but a hair small to tackle a raised transitions or thresholds. Can tip sideways with a backpack on it if turned too quickly or when hitting a threshold, but fairly stable when rolling, even on and off escalators. Maybe more practice with it is required as this is my first spinner. Only two trips so far. My only real complaint is that it is smaller in volume (47L) than the two wheeled roll-aboard (52L). Not sure why they couldn’t figure out how to provide more space with the spinner wheels. Makes a difference when traveling for a week.

Quality Travel Luggage
Well-made, wheels are easy to maneuver, and the zipper quality is nice. The space is enough to carry a PlayStation 5 without fear of damage in an overhead bin. Definitely worth the money.

The perfect carry-on
I put this Travelpro carry-on to the ultimate test on a recent trip to Japan, and it performed brilliantly. This trip involved a lot of hauling luggage up and down stairs in train stations, maneuvering through crowded trains, and rolling across city sidewalks. This bag handled it all without a single issue. What impressed me most: It's Genuinely Lightweight: I had to carry this bag up multiple flights of stairs (many stations don't have escalators everywhere), and it was incredibly manageable. The low weight was a lifesaver. Smooth & Tough Wheels: The wheels are fantastic. I rolled this thing for miles, and it was perfectly smooth. The most amazing part was how well it handled the bumpy, yellow blind-accessible paving stones found all over Japanese sidewalks. The bag didn't skip, snag, or tip over, it just glided right across. Maneuverability: Its slim profile made it easy to pull down the aisle of the Shinkansen (bullet train) and stow in the luggage area. On top of that, the build quality feels solid, the zippers are robust, and the handle is sturdy. The expandable feature also came in handy for souvenirs on the way home. If you're looking for a durable, lightweight carry-on that can handle the real-world challenges of travel, this is it.

It works, is it perfect? No
So, it does what it should do, which is carry your items for your travel. The wheels seem to move well depending on the action. Example, getting off an escalator with your bag the magnets in the case may not make the wheels align the best when trying to exit the moving steps quickly. We test drove quite a few different bags in our home before opting for these ones. We tested out Samsonite, Victorinox, Briggs & Stratton, and another Travelpro Elite. My wife preferred the Victorinox, I really liked the Briggs & Stratton but found it was too heavy for what it was. The Travelpro Elite rolled better but the pockets etc were not as travel friendly as the Crew Classic. The Samsonite Silhouette 18 rolled the best and was the lightest but did not pack as well. Our larger luggage is Travelpro and very happy with them. The Crew Classic overall worked well enough for me to purchase 2 of them, one for each of us. The quality seems very nice, much like their other products, the reason for the 3 stars is 1) the rolling, I expected to be much better. 2) the handle can be a real pain sometimes to press the button and push down.

ホント最高。 2、3泊の海外ならこれだけで十分。液体無ければ機内持ち込みだけで済ませれます。

Enjoyed it on first trip. It rolls on flat surfaces effortlessly. A Filson 24 Hr Briefcase with luggage pass-thru sits atop beautifully. Space enough for a 3-day trip. Looks like it could accommodate clothes enough for a week-long trip, with some planning. Published size larger than prescribed carry-on allowance for Singapore Airlines. Was checked-in. Sturdy enough to come out the other end unscathed. Well constructed. Does not come with a TSA lock.

Well made and durable. Love the self aligning wheels and ease of rolling.

I did a lot of research on soft shell carry-on luggage, and ended up choosing the Travelpro. It's more expensive than I would have liked, but it really is an excellent, spacious bag. It was slightly tippy with a laptop bag on top, and it will roll away on you if you're not careful (the wheels are incredibly smooth), but it holds a ton and will be my go-to carry-on for longer trips where I don't want to check luggage. No issues on WestJet with the sizing.
