Been wanting to get my hands on grass fed liver supplements. I don’t eat meat (I don’t like the textures or tastes), so I lack a lot of the iron and nutrients. Been needing the superfoods for my body. It’s so good for the hair and skin and nails and energy! My energy has been weak for long and I’ve been seeing a difference! No bloating. Size of the pill is decent.

I think my hair is getting a little thicker! Excited to see what it looks like after 2-3 months!

Worth the price, 10/10. I’ve experienced extremely heavy menstrual cycles for years and have had constant shortness of breath and extremely low iron levels (I was at 7, it should be above 30). After taking these twice daily, I can walk upstairs without feeling out of breath and lightheaded. These have made my iron levels so much better and have made things for me so much easier.
