Good for value, even with the concerns, it is so worth it
It’s great for the price point. Instructions aren’t too hard to follow. The quality is reasonable due to the price. I wish it was a tiny bit taller but I’m 6’1 and can still make it work. There is a little wobble with the bar dips. Probably will put a piece of rubber in there tbh. I don’t know if I can trust the weight holders but so far they’re holding with 3 plates. The Olympic bar holder is in the way of the lower right weight plate holder but it’s manageable. Wondering about the cable will manage over time with the weights on it but we shall see. So far I’m very happy and those are my only criticisms. Build time: I did it by myself and had a ratchet. two times I put a bar facing the wrong way or the wrong side. It took me 2 hours and 30 minutes solo. I timed it. Closer to 2 hours since I did stop to set up music and clean up. If you plan to have a set of plates AND a set of bumper plates. Do yourself a favor and get another rack for the weights. There isn't enough room for two full sets. I fit six metal 45 plates on it with bumpers that are 2-45, 2-35, 2-25, 2-15, 2-10 bumper paltes. My 45 bumper plates sit on the side of the floor. everything else is crammed on. This is budget friendly and overall worth it. If you cant make it work, yet want this price, then it may be a hard truth its a you problem. I put off using this thing for way too long, but actually put it in practice and it is just fine now. Bench back squats power cleans, then i do my pull ups push ups, bent rows, lat pull downs, use the land mine, seated rows, you name it. I am going to use it for incline bench but haven't tried it yet. I see a lot of people want some crazy commercial ready gym but there's a reason the others are FIVE times the price minimum to get to this. If the cables die out on me, I will just replace them and buy a wire crimping tool to cut it and clamp it down. Its that easy. If you're truly worried about something breaking, it is so straight forward to fix. I am 240 6'1, I feel the bars and everything is stable. I don't feel like the cage will ever move or knock over. There really isn't a way to lock it down as there is a bar up front that keeps you from screwing it into the wall. So if you wanted to lock it down, you may need something on top pushing down but its so unrealistic to knock it over.

Honest review from a muscle mom
I give this product 5 stars for the following pros/ cons. I will start by saying I’m a 5’8 and 155lb muscle mom, my husband is 6’4 and 200lbs. I will use us both for reference. Please do you research before you buy. I add my list here of things to hopefully help give more information from someone who’s used it Daily for 5 months now. PROS 1. Squat rack options work great for me but it is a tight area inside so if your bigger you will need to squat outside the cage on the front. 2. Great for bench press 3. Very sturdy structure, has minimal giggle or movement when I load my weights on to the side storage rack. If you move them from there it probably wouldn’t be as sturdy. We had put it together in one spot and I decided to move it, let’s just say it wasn’t easy and took two people (still hard to move). 4. The instructions were great and easy to follow, it was easy to assemble in about 5 hours with 1 person doing it all themselves. 5. Land mine works great. I love using it for good mornings, RdL, rows, kneeling presses, pushups ect 6. Pulley system works best with HEAVY weight (70lb: plus) anything less is met with no eccentric control or resistance. CONS: 1. Cable system is really only good with heavy weight. -hard to do small isolating muscle exercises (triceps, biceps, glutes ect.) ****** I purchased some exercise bands that cover 10,20,30,40,50 lbs that I can’t do with this cable system. -The system seems to have a lot of resistance on the eccentric movement (the release of the exercise). - the pulley connection where the cable with your attachment comes out is awkward when you have it in the elevated position (lat pull down specifically I have to sit criss cross ). I am 5’8 and when I kneel on the ground I’m too tall for full range of motion with lat pull downs. - seated row: the foot plate makes no sense cause it’s way to close to the cage, you can’t keep that tension you want to in the position. But if I use a bench seated I can get a decent row. I ended up removing the foot plate. - RDL & hip abduction/ addiction: not going to happen with the cable system. The resistance gets met with all parts of the workouts. - Pulls ups: works for us if we both bend our knees. - the security bridge in the middle is SO hard to move to a new level, I’m not sure if it’s just me but I’ve smashed my finger way too many times. It’s hard to get them both lined up in the same hole. TIP: I kept about 2 feet from the wall, and about 1.5 feet measure wall to bottom back leg, just so I had space to move behind and load the weights Overall I love this and I would buy it again! Just get a bench to go with it!

Cost effective rack - Good enough!
I ordered this rack in May for $330, and it's even cheaper now 6 months later. It's been great for what I was looking for. There are a few downsides, but they aren't deal breakers. 1. I wish it was taller so I could do push press inside the rack, and pull-ups without having to bend my legs. 2. I wish there was more thought put in to the weight holders, as the weight storage bars prevent me from being able to bench press while inside the rack due to my weight plates preventing me from racking the bar, something which almost made me return it at first. But I've worked around that by switching to incline press and using the long safety rod to hold the bar and using the safety frames just in case. 3. I wish the entire rack was deeper. I'm used to a much deeper rack and being able to take a full step or two back when back squatting, but with this rack I'm limited to one step. I prefer to have a deeper rack so there's room in front of me and enough room behind me to bail and dump the bar. Not a huge deal, it just took some getting used to. I just have to squat a bit closer to the J hooks than I'm used to. 4. The rack wobbles a little when doing pull-ups. I've switched to a slow strict pull-up so it's perfectly fine, there's no danger but it makes a little noise while doing it. I don't think this rack would be safe for CrossFit moves like kipping pull-ups or toes to bar. 5. Little things like the J hooks and the safety bars leave tiny bits of rubber in my bar due to the knurling. Completely minor, but a little annoying. 6. The storage hooks are nice, but I always have to remove the rope implement due to my weight plates hitting it while back squatting. And I'm under 6ft. 7. The bar storage tube is too close to the bottom weight plate holder so it's not easy to get plates on and off the holder on that side, so I leave majority of my weights leaning against the wall. So for me the weight plate holders are mostly unused. The weight holders are removable, you don't have to install them. 8. Lat pulldown bar is super lightweight and I'm not 100% sure how much weight it can handle. The welding looks suspect, but maybe it's totally fine. Overall I don't use it much, mostly because I have other exercises I prefer to do. It's a solid rack for the current low price considering the lat pulldown and all accessories included. I assembled it myself in a few hours. It took me a little longer due to assembling the sides incorrectly so I had to undo it and restart. Definitely pay attention to the orientation of the sides since they only go on one way due to the resistance band pegs. Also, don't over tighten the bolts. I managed to start bending the frame by over tightening.

Great buy
I usually dont review but thought I should for anyone else looking for a budget homegym. I was very skeptical prior to ordering this because some comments were great while others were bad but ultimately decided on buying it after reading and watching reviews If you're thinking of getting it, get it. It took me about 2 hours to assemble it by myself, mostly using the pictures and not reading the confusing text. Its is not too difficult to assemble but parts of the assembly are tricky (for example, while connecting the top back corner brackets; i thought they shipped me brackets that misaligned with screw holes but it turns out i had to orient it a certain way to align properly). I was missing one #4 screw but i blame shipping and handling for it. The build quality is great, although some parts were dinged and some chipped paint but again this is because of shipping. The price is beyond excellent for the quality. It is study but i noticed that wobbleness largely depends of how leveled your floor is. I didn't install the barbell holder because the location didn't make sense and the landmine because i wouldn't use it and didn't want any obstruction in my small path. Overrall, this was a great purchase and makes a great addition to my home gym. It is very functional and the dimensions were excellent for my small garage.

Great exercise cage w many options to workout
Very cool cage, great value and so many options to workout. You will need a couple hours to put it together and some of it much easier with two people. No regrets!

Great value!
The manufacturer reached out before it even shipped and told me exactly what to expect, showing they are dedicated to a great customer experience. I was looking for something that would allow me to do more workouts at home instead of going to the gym and this product does that. The listed weight capacity is 1200 pounds. I don’t honestly think it would withstand a drop of 1200 pounds from any kind of height but if you’re lifting that much you’re a silver back gorilla and can’t read this anyways. I have the shuttle loaded with bumper plates right now - a 45, a 35, a 25, and a 15 on each side and that’s the limit in terms of width. The shuttle runs really smooth and all the attachments are better quality than what I expected. The J-hooks, for example, look small and maybe a little cheap in the pictures on Amazon but they are actually pretty sturdy and well built. The included single handed grips are made with a thin webbed material so probably won’t handle a lot of abuse but you can generally find aftermarket handles for a decent price. The included hooks are great for storing all the attachments I already had. I don’t like the placement of the top weight plate storage because it gets in the way when bench pressing but at this price I’m not too upset about that. I think it would be nice if they had more places where you could mount the plate storage so you could customize it better. At the end of the day, I got a well made, sturdy power rack that I can use in my own home and reduce the trips I’m taking to the gym. It handles enough weight that I can continue building and is a great addition at a great price.

Solid Item
I had built a homemade power rack during COVID, but over the years felt like I ought to upgrade. After some research and review-reading, I settled on this bad boy. The item came in three boxes, two of which were around 80lbs, and the third about 50lbs. Boxes A, B, and C (the last being the smallest). The instructions are in Box C. There were about 100 item types (i.e. nuts being one, bolts being one, etc), and around 200 individual items. I was missing one single washer, but that's it. One of the vertical support beams had a dent in it that makes it a little tough to move the adjustable pulley, but it's not too serious. The entire build took me about 5 hours, working by myself. I had already bought a set of interlocking floor mats, which made my concrete floor a lot more comfortable to work on. The instructions being written by a non-English-first-language person meant that there were a few slightly unclear points. The most important of those is that on the vertical beams, THE NUMBERS GO ON THE OUTSIDE. The instruction booklet diagram was also unclear on this point. I guessed, and guessed wrong, so I had to take about an hour and redo the verticals, one by one. It wasn't too bad, just a little tedious. The cable system also wasn't too intuitive, but with a little guess work and flipping pages back and forth I figured it out. Once completely set up, I did some test dips and pull ups. The machine felt pretty sturdy with the exception of one of the dip bar handles. I did maybe 20 dips and it shook slightly. Nothing scary, but I'll keep my eye on it. I did some test exercises with the pulley system and it felt good too. Everything stayed nice and tight. To set up, you'll need both wrenches, the little hex key, plus a rubber mallet- and a 11/16 ratchet will make things way easier. The trickiest part was the pull up bar- I had to balance it on my shoulders a bit and oh-so-carefelly install the nut/bolt/washer setup, one by one. Overall, seems like a solid device and a good purchase. If things change I'll report back. 👍 Maximums: Depth: 5ft 2in Width: 4ft 11in Height: 6ft 10in Weight: ~200lbs

Affordably priced rack that will keep you safe and give you a few extras.
For the price I paid, this power rack is great quality. The assembly was enjoyable. The accessories and equipment are what I remember needing for a decent workout at my high school gym - and then more. The whole power rack is pretty solid. I don't doubt it can hold the 300 to 500 lbs. that I need it to, since I am just getting back into lifting. I do think there could be more stability side-to-side, but it is nothing I am worried about. The metal is powder-coated and some coating was missing around the edges of a couple pieces due to shipping. Assembling the power rack took me most of a day, but I am not practiced at assembling things. And it was somewhat enjoyable even for a novice because the instructions are clear and divided clearly by steps, with the hardware for each step plainly labeled so there is no guessing which bolts you need to grab. It comes with two flat crescent wrench tools which are great if you don't have tools of your own. I recommend a drill or driver with a 17mm socket to speed things up, just don't overtighten because the metal will start to bend. I love the fact that the kit I bought came with a lat-pulldown bar, a smaller flat bar, tricep pushdown rope attachment, and two D-handles with an ankle strap for flies and rows. It even came with dip handles for added tricep work or core workouts. I did not expect (probably because I wasn't shopping for it) a landmine attachment or a barbell holder. All of the extras were appreciated and make me glad I purchased this power rack. Here is my main criticism and my solution for it, so far. Upon trying out the barbell squat, I went to get under the bar and found myself almost touching the cable pulley assembly with my nose. I could get the bar without touching my nose, but I felt like it was too close. So for now, I switched the J-hooks to the rear bar and I will do squats facing backwards. The second criticism I have is that all of the accessories hanging from the hooks around the outside of the cage get in the way of my barbell. I will be removing most of the hooks and accessories to put them either on my wall or in a container on the floor. To sum it up, I simply wanted a power rack to perform squats and bench press safely without a spotter. I am definitely satisfied it will fulfill my purposes. And now I have the added core, arm, and back workout flexibility I wouldn't normally get with a home gym setup.
