This is a nifty adaptor I can use a powerbrick to charge my Braun shavers with! Very handy, lives in the case with the shavers and eliminates the need for travel adaptors or even chargers as I just need a USB-C power source!! Charging speed doesn't differ too much between 1a and 2. I think the caps in the shaver decide on that. It's only issue is you need to leave the shaver on a flat surface with no pull on the cable or adaptor, not a big ask! Good and practical solution when travelling. Not expensive either.

I have usb plugs everywhere and type C leads but things like shavers and toothbrushes use a shaver plug which are bulky. So I bought this to replace a lead and easily charge my shaver. It fits really well, offers good performance, value for money and easy to pack if I'm going away. I have no downsides, it's a great buy.

Fits and charges the razor. Nice and compact adapter. Should be included with the razor itself instead of a proprietary cable!

Does not work with the Oral B IO 9 charging case. The toothbrush keeps flickering as if set to charge, then shows cleaning type screen, then resets. Even left for hours ends up not charging. Tried several USB-C cables, including PD one, and USB-A -> C cable.

As advertised connects seamlessly to the Brain Silk Epilator 9 and avoids having to carry around a bulky two pin shaver adapter plug. Will be especially useful for travelling internationally.

Purchased for a Braun Series 9 Pro+ shaver, this works well and is easier to manage than the charging mains adapter supplied. It fits the shaver itself and the charging case. What it does not do so well is fit the charging stand (it does not fit this due to the recessed connector in the stand) or work with USB chargers that support the USB C PD protocol. If you try to use one of these then this adapter does not signal its presence so no voltage is delivered from the PD port. For the price, PD support would have been nice, but since this adapter only needs to deliver approximately 500mA then the standard USB protocol for supplying power is sufficient. Just be aware that if this adapter does not charge your shaver, it might be your USB power supply not working since this adapter does not really comply with the USB C standards.

Terrible, did not fit my Braun Series 5 wet and dry shave model #3560 ! Way too big, used a box cutter to cut it down.

Works great. Charged the razor just like the original power adapter and the standard generic power adapter I purchased as a direct replacement to the original. The good thing about this is it is really small and portable. The bad thing is it is really small and easy to lose. I think it's a great value for the money and a solid option to charge compatible Braun razors. Would buy again, and probably will.
