Will this product type on index cards?

Hello - yes it will type on index cards. Depending on the size it may not roll around the bar and be very stable but I've typed with this type of typewriter on many sizes and thicknesses of paper over the years with this model of typewriter and it has been fine.

Does this typewriter com with the daisy wheel?

Yes I believe it did. I purchased it for someone else.
