The monitor was securely packaged and arrive in great shape. I was impressed at its build and quality. The hinges (3 for this size) are just the right tension for opening, closing and positioning the screens. I bought this because I work from home and when I travel I can't just use my laptop screen. I use it to extend my main screen so I haven't used it yet for anything other than that but since it does so well with that function, I'm sure it will do its job well. I use this with both Mac and Windows systems. The screen itself presents a clear and beautiful picture. I love the size! It would not be something that I would use for my photography editing but that's not the reason I bought it. It would be great for watching videos but, again, that is not why I bought it. I have it mounted via VESA on an arm when at home and I purchased the sleeve for travel. I think that I might use that sleeve for storage but buy one with a strap for traveling with it. It has some heft to it, not enough to discourage me using it but enough to make me comfortable that it is of great build quality. It is not cheap plastic by any means. I find the plug-n-play works as intended and once I configured it as instructed, it was quite easy to get up and going both at home and on the road. After having used it often and in a number of different situations; I would be comfortable saying that if you happen to have one that doesn't function as you expected, then it's a one-off and not the norm. This thing is fantastic and I would buy it again. Everyone who sees it makes a comment about how nice it looks.

Right out of the box this monitor feels very sturdy. It is of high build quality and made of metal unlike other monitors which are usually cheap plastic. It has three hinges where most monitors have two. There is no big brand logo on the bezels, that's why I loved my last (and current) monitor from this brand. It has a very clean look! The large screens give you tons of work space, which is perfect for anything from video editing to programming to playing games. If you are looking for a high-quality and sturdy monitor, this one is for you. I love that it can rotate 360 degrees, giving me tons of layout options. You can use one screen, or both. you can clone your screen or use the extend mode to have one large stacked screen, or even use them as two separate monitors. The screens are huge (18.5 inches!), even bigger than my laptop, but it still fits in my backpack. I've been carrying it every day in my bag, and it has now replaced the other UPERFECT monitor I had before (which was also great, but this one is next level!) Knowing that I have the extra screen space to work wherever I want is great. I was surprised how strong and seamless the integrated stand is. It's super thin, yet easily holds up the weight of the top screen in any configuration you'd like. The rubber feet on the bottom keep it from sliding, and it feels strong so I'm not worried about it falling. There are plenty of cables included (4!) with the monitor to make sure you can connect any way you like. The best part is you don't need to download any software or special drivers, the monitor just works out of the box! I have an MacBook, and I was surprised how seamless the setup was. Literally just plug in the cable and boom, it works. It's plenty bright, has color correction options and has a great refresh rate of 100hz. Changing between modes is super easy. All you have to do is click the lower button and a menu will come up with the four connection options. To cycle through them, just use the scroll lever on the side. The same scroll lever can be used to adjust volume, brightness, color, and so many other settings. I like that there is just one button and lever for each screen that do everything! I've also reached out to customer service for support and questions and they have always been super helpful and quick in their responses. When I had a problem with different monitor, they immediately sent me a new one and even an extra cable so I could connect my phone to it! I would absolutely recommend getting your monitor from them. Since I transitioned to a full-time remote job, I needed an extra monitor for work, a compact one with a large screen. I already owned a UPerfect 4K, the monitor quality and the build are fantastic, I chose to get the 18.5' dual screen. The dual-screen is phenomenal for work which allows me to have MS Word and Excel open at the same time on different screens. The monitor has a stand and a VESA mount (great for a portable or fixed option), with multiple USB-C and Mini HDMI ports. The setup was easy and the screen is very clear and bright. No drivers required for the monitor to work, single or multi screen. Accessing the menu is very easy using the wheel on the left side on the monitor. The monitor offers a variety of adjustments, beside your Brightness and Contrast the monitor offers a Sharp mode that I found very useful. The game mode is great for FPS and Arcade games. The Ultra HDR enhances your movies and photos while the Eye protection mode helps with long hrs looking at the monitors. The speakers sound loud and clear, and the volume can be controlled using the side wheel. Having one screen on top of the other is extremely functional. It simplifies looking up and down, left and right. The monitor is very portable with solid quality. The dual HDMI input is a nice feature, being able to connect 2 PCs to the same monitor is super useful. I would recommend this monitor to everyone. I use it not only for work but also for my photo editing and music learning.
