SOLID QUALITY
Really nice quality. The low price makes these an attractive purchase. I only need the light ones, but could not find them stand-alone, hence the pack. The ones not needed make a great gift for athlete friends.

Good quality bands.
So far I am liking this resistance band. Because of the rounded edges it is not to bad on the hands. It is long enough to do the workouts my coach has scheduled for me. At full extension I do believe the resistance is 35 lbs compared to the single-weight bands with handles I also have.
