For a cheaper range finder, this works amazing! Bought for a Christmas gift and it’s very accurate. The picture is very clear as well.

Works great it’s light accurate and very fit for hunting

Having prior Laser Range Finder experience this review will be credible. The price and value for your money is excellent. At sub $40 to get a device like this that can give accurate reading is a value. I have been successful in scanning structures out to 550 yards on initial testing. The use of AAA batteries is convenient. If you are a recreational user and on a tight budget this is a serious option for you. If you are a professional considering this device I will point out my observations as to why you may want to consider a higher cost option. The first thing a user will encounter is the battery door. The plastic door and its locking tab appear to be the greatest weak point of this unit. It appears brittle and has no gasket or seal to repel moisture. This battery door will clearly be a failure point with professional use or a careless user. The second thing is the reticle is a black LCD type and is NOT ILLUMINATED making the unit useless in low light or in a night time environment. Third is the beam that is emitted appears to be wider than higher cost brand name units making scanning in clutter or vegetation rich environments more of a challenge. The snap top carry case is nice and includes a small economy type carabiner. I would not carry this unit outside a pack however as durability could lead to a loss in the field. For the price it is a FOUR STAR “recreational”Product, the Cost is an excellent value earning 5 Stars, performance is a 4 Star and build quality of the housing is a 3 Star making it score a FOUR STAR Average for its review.

Damn accurate, within a foot at 50 yards out. Somewhat easy to use and understand. For sure keep the instructions to refer back to it when the next hunting season comes back around. Clarity is great, value for the money was just right. Would buy again if needed.

They enclose a lanyard to attach to the rangefinder but where to attach it to is a complete mystery. Rangefinder is camo but carry case isnt so that was disapointing.
