Good for light/medium training.
This is a good bag for cardio and occasional big hits. It will move if hit with power but generally it stable. I like feel of this bag and adjusts easily. Tried medium light punching hold up well but heavy hitting or say a lunge kick would move it. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase.

It is for juniors.
This is a small punching or kicking bag. Suitable for juniors. The higher you raise the bag the more unstable it becomes due to the bag not complete sitting within the centre shaft.

You cant return it if you do not have the original box.
The bag is much louder than you think and even if you fill it with sand it wobbles and makes a hell of a noise. If you bin the original box, you will not be able to return it either. The best that the customer service can do for you is offer you to put a mat underneath it.

Awful
Absolutely awful makes such a massive noise everytime I hit it as it bounces off the floor cant use it due to it being extremely loud for the neighbours! 😡☹
