I am new to the TMG part of this supplement but the rest of it, I already take on a daily basis. The recommended dose is 2 capsules per day and there are 120 capsules in the bottle, making this bottle last about 2 months. Currently, the pills are about 26 cents each so not too expensive per day if you take the recommended dose. Mine are fresh as they were manufactured in 2024 but I don't see the best by date on my bottle. I like that it has a flip top lid, but I don't have little ones at home to worry about getting into my pills. The capsules are fairly small and easy to swallow. They have no taste or odor. I would get them again if I continue to like the TMG aspect of this capsule.

Because of that, it's up to the customers to do some research on the company they are buying from. I did my standard check on the product, by checking that the packaging is of high quality. This one passes with flying colors. Everything is properly labeled on the outside of the package, and the inner safety seal was properly applied. When I opened the safety seal I was not met with any strong smell. No smell at all. That's a good thing. The capsules are of normal size that I had no trouble swallowing. I've taken two capsules per day for the last two days with no adverse effects. I'll have to keep taking them for a bit longer before I will know if they are doing any good. The rest of the company history looks good. They have been in business since 2009 and the Better Business Bureau in their home city of Jacksonville FL has had 4 complaints on them in all that time. That's not very many. The company responded to all four complaints. There was only one complaint that involved an adverse reaction to the product, and that was a face cream, not a capsule that you swallow. The other complaints were involving shipping issues or a missing product accessory. My criteria for using a dietary supplement is that the company has to adhere to the packaging safety standards and have a good reputation. Renue By Science meets those qualifications , which is why I've been taking their capsules for the last two days and will continue to do, so I can tell if they give me positive results. My plan is to revisit this review once I've been on the capsules for a few weeks at least.

The instructions say to take two capsules daily. However, you better start off with one tablet to see how it will react with your stomach & bowels. I was only able to go through one week before I shut the treatment plan down. Either too harsh or my body was rejecting it. Its a shame too, because there are a lot of proven benefits of TMG in your daily diet.

Works really well for me

Seem to be getting a high dose of brain fog for the first two days of taking this. I had a day off of it and felt better, I’m gonna take one tablet which is half a dose for the next few days and see how that goes. I’ve been told that maybe I should drink more water because I could be detoxing as a result of the good supplementation. In the past I’ve had seeking health kids multivitamin methylated and had zero issues so I’m not quite sure what’s going on with it.
